TikTok, Facebook, and YOU!

Well, hello, my loves!

I'm so glad you found me! For those of you who have already been watching the blog, I welcome you back and for those of you who are just discovering me- hello!

You're probably wondering where in the world I've been. To be honest, doing some shadow work.  I've been working for the past several months on re-discovering my connection with Spirit and loving the process.  It hasn't been easy, but it is proving to be one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

I began asking Spirit months ago to help me connect to people in a way that I hadn't before. Though I didn't know what to do or where to begin, I trusted in the Divine to show me the way.  Fast forward a few months to March and a pandemic hits our world.  Millions of people are being affected by something far beyond any of our grasps.  Much of the world was told to shelter in our homes to help reduce the spread of the illness, so naturally people had to find things to do to fill their days.  Though I was not able to stay home, I did install this app called- you guessed it- TikTok.

Now, to be honest, at first I thought I was just going to watch some funny videos and lift my mood to help combat the energetic overwhelm I was feeling, but it became so much more!  I knew absolutely nothing about TikTok, so I didn't even know how to use it!  I thought it was just scrolling and following topics and people I found relevant to my life, but little did I know that I would fall in love with the individuals and their content!  From witches, to inspirational folks, to hilarious and uplifting step-dads and everything in between, this app has been amazing!

Here we are at the end of June and I have not only started my own page, but have begun recording my own content- putting myself out to the world as the psychic medium I've always been, but also have been mocked for being.  Some of the most dear people in my life made fun of who I was, so for me to be putting myself out for the world to see- it was a big step- and I'm so glad I did!

I have met so many amazing people on TikTok and I'm so excited to meet more of you!  I'm excited to share my world of Spirit with you, connect you with your loved ones, and help you learn and grow in your own Divine abilities!  It is an amazing gift to have such a connection with Spirit, but it's not one to be forced or rushed. I've learned that the hard way a few times over the years and each time, it led to me feeling completely burnt out and my life turning upside-down- or at least I thought it was at the time.

There are so many stories that I would love to share with you all and I will, in due time.  I will continue to add to this blog as often as I can, as well as Facebook (a page I just started), as well as my daily posts on Instagram and TikTok.  I have so many ideas for content, so stay tuned, because I'm so excited to see where Spirit is going to take us!

Until next time, loves...

Meet My Guardian Archangel!

Hello loves!

Today I wanted to do something a little different and introduce you to my guardian angel and tell you a little bit about him!  I am so excited to talk about this topic because it's something that I hold dear to my heart. Of all of my relationships, my connection with my guides is the strongest.

So who is my angel?

Well, I've always thought it to be solely Archangel Michael, and though I know he is one of my angel guides, he's not he's not the only one.  There has been an angel guiding my life all along, and it wasn't the one I had originally thought!

My true guardian angel is CHAMUEL!

Archangel Chamuel means "one who seeks God".  He is the guardian angel who brings peace, alleviates tension, and promotes self-love.  When Chamuel is your guardian, you may feel drawn to the color pink, have a strong desire to help comfort others, and strengthen your relationship with God.  This archangel is connected to the heart chakra and when meditating, channeling love can bring forth positive manifestations and even your heart's desire.  He is a powerful archangel and having him on your side is a beautiful gift, especially for those who may struggle with anxiety and depression.  Chamuel will help you love yourself and take your stresses away.

Chamuel helps us to see the truth of others and when prayed to, can assist us in finding our soulmates.  Wearing pink or carrying a rose quartz can help one to connect with the energy of this light-being. When you want to work with this angel, all you have to do is ask!  He does not make you 'work for it,' but rather, encourages you to see the big picture by removing all fear, to get to what really matters.  Chamuel will ask you to love yourself first, before blessings can be bestowed.

Knowing who we truly are is one of Chamuel's greatest gifts to us and it is because of our love of God, that we are able to work with the archangel to manifest our dreams into reality.

I have long believed that Michael was my only guardian, however, recently during a meditation, I was overwhelmed by the color pink and a warmth like I've never felt before.  I silently asked who this new energy was and the response was, 'pure love'.  I knew this right away to be Archangel Chamuel because the energy was very close to Michael's, but the color was so much more peaceful.  I was told to look back on my life and see where I've embodied the spirit of Chamuel with others.  'You've always known me to be the voice, but never knew who I was.'

If you know me, you know that almost everything I own is a shade of blush pink.  Far before millennial pink was a trend, I was decorating my life with its soft, lovely hue.  It is the main color for my brand as well!

Here is a simple meditation that you can do to help connect with this angel:

Archangel Chamuel,
I come to you tonight so that I can learn to love myself and to recognize true love in others.
Help me to see the good in them, in all situations and circumstances, and know that, through the love of God, all broken or strained relationships can be healed.  Let me be the conduit and the vision that allows others to see to your guidance and love.

I hope that you get to know the beautiful energy of this angel.  I cannot explain just how beautiful the connection is.  It's like spending all day at the spa- how relaxed and beautiful you feel- It's incredible.  Try to speak to Chamuel on a daily basis, because self-love is not a flash in the pan kind of adoration.  It is a constant devotion, as will be your connection with this beautiful, loving, and peaceful archangel.

Until next time, loves...

Are You A Lightworker?

I can remember feeling called to a higher purpose as far back as my childhood.  My grandmother used to say that I was an old soul, born with the wisdom of years past.  While I never quite understood that concept when I was younger, I do remember always feeling out of place; like I didn't belong in any one particular group of friends.  Even as an adult, I often feel like I just don't belong here.  Sure, I have friends and family that I enjoy surrounding myself with, but too often I don't feel connected to any of them- almost as if 'my people' are elsewhere and I'm meant to find them.

This feeling of not belonging is too often described by those who are connected to Spirit.

But why do we feel this way?

Simply put?

We. Are. LIGHTWORKERS.

What is a lightworker, you ask?  Well, a lightworker is someone who answers the call of Spirit above all else, including one's own ego.  A lightworker is also more tuned into their own senses. In spiritual practice, these are called the 'Clairs'.  (We'll get more into what each of the 'Clairs' are in a later post.). For now, I will give you a few examples of how you may be able to tell if you're a lightworker.  Keep, in mind- it's perfectly fine if you only resonate with one or a few of these.  Each of us have a different connection with Spirit and may be called to work in a different way.

Signs You May Be A Lightworker:

1.)  You feel a strong spiritual connection and enjoy studying the topic.
Take a minute and think about your feelings on Spirit, God, the Divine- whatever you like to call Source energy.  Does it scare you?  Do you feel calm and loved when you think about a higher power?  Do you feel like you need to know more about the subject because it's intriguing, but maybe you're not even sure how you feel about it?  When tuning into Spirit, any or all of these feelings are correct. But you very likely have sensed the call from Spirit at one time in your life. Maybe you've tried to reason with this feeling or believed it to be all in your head.  Trust me when I say this- it's not all in your head.  It's Spirit trying to connect with you.  The more connected you begin to feel, the more you want to know about how you can work with Spirit's energy.  This is good!  It means you may be a lightworker after all!

2.)  You feel empowered to make a difference in the world.
Feeling the need to be of service is often expressed by lightworkers.  Have you ever observed someone in a bad mood, or going through a difficult time, and felt compelled to help them?  One of the easiest ways to work in the light is by being of service to others.  Something as simple as making another smile raises our vibration.  What is vibration, you ask?  Vibration is pure Spirit energy.  It's our gauge on how we feel on a daily basis.  Helping others- no matter how big or how small- instantly increases one's vibration.  To feel love and to give love are two of Spirit's greatest gifts to us.  So, get out there and make people smile!

3.)  You often feel tired when you wake in the morning.
For many of us, we do a lot of our healing while we sleep.  Have you ever had a dream you felt was so real and so vivid, almost as if you were experiencing it firsthand?  Likely, you were!  Dreaming in Spirit means to dream in reality.  What I mean by that is, when you have a dream in which you're working, talking, or spending time with another person - and you can even remember the conversation- very likely, you are being sent to that person to help them, or yourself, heal in some way.  One of the easiest ways to strengthen this gift is to write everything into a dream journal. The more you pay attention to your dreams, the more often you'll have them.  But the key is to remember everything about the dream- who you were with, where you were, and what messages were given within the dream.  This is called lucid dreaming.  (We'll also explore this in a later post.)  If I feel like I've had a particular individual in my dream more than usual, I will start journaling everything that I can remember.  I will pay attention to the words that are being said around me in the following days, and I will meditate on what the dreams mean.  Often times, I discover the meaning right after meditation!  Meditating is crucial to any lightworker and should be the foundation of your practice.

4.)  You have intuitive ability.
You know... that nagging feeling that something is going to happen and then it does?  Or maybe you are able to communicate with those who've crossed over? Or maybe you can sense the story of a geographic place, much like the energy of a person?  Well, guess what?  YOU'RE A NATURAL LIGHTWORKER, LOVE!  This is Spirit's way of saying to you- "We've got work to do, you and I!"  This is fantastic, because if you're already aware of your gifts, then you're halfway there!  You were given these gifts for a reason!  The other half, however, should be devoted to strengthening and maintaining that connection. You know the saying- if you don't use it, you lose it!

If you feel like you connect with any of these statements, then I am so happy for you!  Being a lightworker is one of the best feelings anyone can have, because, as a lightworker, you know that you are connected to the Divine and thus, loved and supported by a source so much greater than you can ever imagine.  So, what do you do now that you know you may be a lightworker?  Continue your dialog with Spirit.  Spirit's always knocking- you just have to open the door!

Here are a few simple ways to continue to connect with Spirit:

1.  Meditate.  It allows you to calm your mind and connect with Spirit.
2.  Drink water.  It helps to cleanse your body and spiritual energy routinely.
3.  Research.  Make time to continue studying all that you can.
4.  Relax.  Don't force the connection with Spirit.  This will only hinder your abilities.

Until next time, loves...

Meditation Monday~ Grounding in Times of Panic

Good Morning, Loves!

As many of you may know (and for those of you who may not), the coronavirus (Covid-19) has begun to take over the world's population, leaving many to self-isolate or seek care from medical professionals.  There is no toilet paper or hand sanitizer to be found, much of the food supply is dwindling on the shelves, and schools around the nation have been ordered to close for no less than three weeks.

It’s so easy to panic.

With as much information (or even- misinformation) as we’re hearing on the news and reading online, we’re seeing it become more sensationalized by the day.  You turn on the tv and one news station is saying that the pandemic is under control, while the anchors on the next channel are talking about how everyone needs to shelter-in-place.  Every governor has a different idea of how they want their states to respond.  There is absolutely no consistency and it’s maddening.

So what do we do when we can’t make sense of the world around us?  What do we do when our thoughts are spinning out of control with no clarity in sight?

Center.

Center, you say?  What do you mean?  How is that going to help me when the pandemic is spreading out of control?

Trust me on this one.

I am going to give you a mantra to recite anytime you feel overwhelmed by the news.  Repeating this phrase each time you feel like your thoughts are spiraling will help you focus on your inner self and less on your ego.  By trusting the intuition you already possess, you are inviting in Spirit and will soon begin to feel more centered and calm- I promise.

Repeat after me:
I trust in the universal love that which surrounds me.  I am whole.  I am healthy.  I am blessed.

Focus on steadying your breath within your chest.
Take a deep breath in 1... 2... 3... 4...
Hold and mentally recite the mantra.
Release 1... 2... 3... 4...
Repeat until calm.

Repeat this mantra every time you feel like the news is too much or when you feel like you are unable to steady your own thoughts.

But I will say that it’s not just reciting this phrase that is going to help you center.  You must relinquish your emotions and trust that you are being universally cared for.  You cannot just say the words without trust. Focus on your breathing and notice how the stress melts away as you recite the words.  Repeat as many times as you need to until you feel at peace.

This can be implemented in any trying situation- not just the one we’re experiencing now.  Tapping into universal love is also vital to manifesting the life you want.  It transcends us into a state of knowing, rather than doubting.  It reminds us that when we trust the universe, we are able to co-create everything we desire in life. It allows us to be the writer, director, and producer in our own life’s movie.

But we’ll get more into that later this week.

So, for now-
Take a breath.
Steady your thoughts.
TRUST.

We WILL get through this.

Until next time, loves...

What to Do When You Feel Unsure...

Uncertainty.

What a horrible thing to have to experience.  It can bring feelings of inadequacy, dread, even depression.  For some of us, we are able to recognize it when it’s beginning and course correct.  But for the rest of us- myself included- feeling uncertain can often lead to much more damaging thoughts.  When I feel uncertain, my mind begins to play tricks on me which makes me question myself and the intentions of those around me.  I become paranoid.  It’s all consuming and inescapable.

Lately I've been feeling overwhelmed.  Like, really overwhelmed.  Overwhelmed to the point where mental paralysis and severe depression has taken over.  It's the reason I've started typing so many posts for this blog, only to leave them as drafts and not finish.  What if they don't like me or what I write?  What if what I'm writing is too personal and it turns people away?  What if my posts seem a little off-brand and readers don't resonate with them?  Those are just some of the thoughts that overtake my confidence and leave me doubting whether or not to hit publish.

Depression has also stymied my progress in personal ways as well.  As a family, we have many goals we want to accomplish this year, but because I've been so downtrodden, I've not been as focused as I should have been.  I've hurt those around me, been hurt myself, and delayed many goals- all because I couldn't get out of my own way.

So what do you do when life seems be too much and you feel like you're never going to get where you want to me?

You go for it.

Wait, what?

Now I understand that, sometimes when you're so overwhelmed, you are unable to see the path in front of you-  but trust me- it's there.  It always was.  You just veered off of it for a while. But here's the thing- you can always find your way back.  That's the beauty of life.  The only thing that truly is permanent is death.  And guess what? You're not gone yet! You're still here- breathing each day, hopefully grateful for the opportunities around you!  You've still got so much time to accomplish those goals that you've set for yourself.  It's not over yet, love!

So back to me.  How am I going to move from a place of lack, overwhelm, and despair?

To be honest?  I'm going to stop feeling sorry for myself.  I'm going to remember those goals I wrote down months and/or years ago and I'm going to begin knocking them down- one by one. I'm going to focus EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. on those goals to the point where it borders on healthy obsession.  I'm going to make myself a vision board for 2020 and I'm going to begin taking action on what I want to see happen in my life.  You see, I've got some big goals- from house related ideas, to owning my own intuitive based business, to broadening The Crystal Intuitive's online presence, and so many more.  If I allow myself to continue to say that I can't do it, then I know I will definitely accomplish one thing in 2020- failure. I cannot fail.  I won't fail.  And so begins the process of late nights, visualization, focused agendas and to-do lists, and celebrations of dreams realized.

2020 is going to be a big year and I'm here for it!  The good, the bad, and the exhausting-

I'm ready for it all!

So here's to setting- and CRUSHING- major goals in 2020!

Until next time, loves...

Learning To Love Your Authentic Self

Hey loves.  It's been a while, hasn't it?  A while, you say... "Girl, it's been a full year!"  I know, I know- I've been such a flake with this blog and I'm sure those of you who used to follow me have likely dropped off due to my MIA status, but I gotta tell ya- I'm back, baby!  No more skipped days (okay, so let's be real- MONTHS) of not posting.  No ma'am.  This time, it's for keeps.  I'm back with a renewed sense of self that I've not had in so long and it feels good.  Reeeeeaaal good.

So, you ask, what's been up?  What, in God's creation, have I been up to?  Well, to recap on the past year, I started a new job that I absolutely LOVE.  Yes, LOVE.  You read that right.  There is nearly nothing that I don't like about where I am and what I'm doing now.  I love my coworkers, the work itself, and the customers I work with.  The vibe is typically pretty chill and I find myself laughing to the point of tears at least three times daily.  It really rocks. (For those of you who know me- see what I did there?  Ha ha...)

As for the personal side of life... gulp.  That's a story for another day.  Maybe another lifetime.  Just kidding.  It'll come up at some point, just not now.  But my personal life has been the impetus for restarting the blog and truly following what my soul wants.

Some of you know me well enough to know that I cannot go any span of time without being pulled to what I feel is my purpose in life.  It's not been until now that I can, un-apologetically, tell people who I am and what I can do for others.  Up until now, it's been pretty easy to only let those who I feel most comfortable with into my true self.  My psychic self.  My intuitive medium self.

You see, people can be so judgmental that it makes life difficult for a budding medium wanting to really put herself out there for the world to accept.  Even with all the publicly recognized mediums and psychics on tv and all over social media, when it gets right down to it, the greater majority of people are skeptical and un-accepting of the idea that a person can sense, and even channel, those who have passed on.

Trust me, I totally get it.  Maybe if I didn't know what I know, I'd be a skeptic, too.  I'm definitely a 'show me, don't just tell me' type of person, so if I were the person on the outside looking in, I'd probably be one of those people who makes a medium 'prove' what they know.  But I'm not a skeptic- not in the least.  I'm aware and I trust in the information I receive, no matter how it arrives.

Okay... so for those of you who didn't know what I can do, I'm sure your mind is blown.  Maybe some of you always kind of knew I was a little different, a little odd, but I'm willing to bet that me being an intuitive medium was the last reason you'd ever think of, so I get it.  Now you're skeptical of me and that's fine.  It just leads me to the topic of this post- AUTHENTICITY.

So often, I think, 'How hard is it for people to be themselves?  To tell others how they really feel?  To love themselves for who they are without fear of rejection, worry, or concern?'  The answer to all of those questions is- really hard.  Well, maybe not for some, but for most of us, the concern for how we'll be accepted is always there.  It's why so many of us have social media.  We want others to see how great our life is and all of the amazing things we're doing and the 'stuff' we're accumulating.  The need to 'one up' others is something that most of us subscribe to, but certainly won't admit to. We want to feel important in some way.  I mean, c'mon, we're human.  We have egos that need to be paid attention to.  It makes us who we are.

Now, you might be thinking, woah- I did not sign up for this conversation, but just go with me for a minute.  Take a minute and reflect on whether or not you have an online presence and how you post.  Are you always posting how great your kid is or the new car you just bought?  Are you showing the world the genuine fun you have with life or are you constantly grumbling?  Do you look to engage with others in a way that makes them feel better just by having the interaction?

Too many of us live by the idea that we're not good enough unless we have the newest and greatest gadget or that we have to present ourselves in ways that impress others, but perhaps don't allow us to feel like who we really want to be.  What we don't realize is that by living only for the sake of others, we lose a small part of ourselves everyday in the process.  Each time we act 'as if', we lean in towards an outward persona, while leaving our true essence behind.  But therein lies the secret- your essence is what makes you you.  It's the reason people gravitate to you.  It's what makes a complete stranger smile from afar without ever having spoken to you.  It's your soul, your vibe, it's YOU.
No one can do you like you can.

Do yourself a favor and don't try to be someone or something you're not.  It may mean losing people in the process and trust me, loss is felt on a soul level, but if it were me, I'd rather have the people who accept and truly love me around rather than those who are expecting a version that I just simply can't keep up with in the long term.  I'd want to be my un-apologetic self- loving, learning, and living the truest life I possibly can and if that means going it alone, that's okay.  Because in being my true self, I know that I'm never alone.  There will always be those like-minded souls that I'll meet along the way.

Just be yourself and the world will love you.  Trust me.

Until next time, loves...

Time For A Change.

Hey loves!

I hope that you are well on this snowy, almost Spring, day!  As I write this, I'm looking out my window, watching Nor'easter Skylar barrel down on the northeast.  Blustery winds and snow piling up to totals of 12-18" are expected.  As much as I'm anticipating the warmer breezes, chirping birds, and bright flowers popping up through the grass, I do also enjoy a day like today to help refresh and reset my mind space.

I know that I've been pretty quiet over the past several months, not having posted anything on social media or here.  The past several months have been a whirlwind of emotions, stress, healing, and determining how life is going to look for our little family moving forward. After having suffered from a first concussion in May 2017, our son has now suffered from a second, and more painful, one in January. His symptoms are different than those of the first and our primary focus has been to ensure his full recovery. Even as I wrote this, I can’t confidently say that we’re there yet. He has a long way to go and so often the simplest day-to-day tasks feel like mountains we still aren’t yet prepared to climb.

Because he has been the all consuming focus of the past few months, so much of the life we had been planning had to be pushed to the side. Birthdays and holidays have come and gone with little fanfare because noises and activity were too much for him to be around. School vacations and days off were spent resting in quiet contemplation of the days ahead. Life hasn’t been easy since May, but, in fleeting moments- seeing a smile or hearing a giggle reminds me of just how resilient he is and how we will learn to navigate this new life with constant love and positive affirmation.

This blog is my outlet, my way to quiet the stress that at times is too much to ignore.  I look forward to writing posts about the crystals that I love, the authors that I'm reading, classes I'm taking, and so much more.  I really want this to be an engaging community where like-minded folks can come together and share ideas and instances.  I want to hear your stories about bumps in the night, places you think are haunted, or stories that have been passed down through generations.  I want to investigate new places and use my intuition to learn the histories held within.  Psychic and intuitive readings are always interesting and often fun.  As I move forward into 2018, I welcome all avenues for intuition and mediumship.  I am excited for the possibilities that are coming and can't wait to share more information with you all!

For now, I will leave you with one of my favorite quotes from Deepak Chopra's "Seven Spiritual Laws of Success':

"Everyone has a purpose in life.... a unique gift or special talent to give to others.  And when we blend this unique talent with service to others, we experience the ecstasy and exultation of our own spirit, which the ultimate goal of all goals."

You can purchase this book on Amazon in print, Kindle edition, or even narrated via Audible.  I've included the link below for you to take a look.  It's a beautifully written perspective on the seven principles we all should live by to discover our own dharma and create the life we're meant to lead.
